The Anchor Program was designed with you in mind! Through this four-month relationship, it is our hope that you will walk away with tools and processes that take the heavy lifting out of your fundraising efforts. We hope to simplify this work so you can advocate for your ministry and deepen relationships with stakeholders, while focusing on the many other important roles of being a ministry leader.

Our goal is to identify your current fundraising reality.
Together, we will review items like past campaign & solicitation performance rates, fundraising cost effectiveness, donor retention & attrition. Further we will identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats within and around your ministry’s fundraising program.
Current Conditions Assessment to present to your board and to inform next steps.
A better understanding of what types of data you should be tracking regularly to increase revenue.
Recommended road map with routes to prioritize and a personal leadership growth plan.
Our goal is to help you discern the best route to build the most effective, efficient, and sustainable fundraising plan for your unique ministry.
Together, we will decide on routes based on your priorities and develop SMART Goals to stay on track. During this month, we lay the foundation with intentional planning and actionable steps to set us up for our launch.
Necessary tools for launch preparation. May include but not limited to: case for support, funding plan, communication strategy, structure for monthly giving program, lapsed donor strategy and virtual engagement.
Close guidance for how and what to implement.
Our goal is to launch the determined strategies that will increase engagement with your supporters.
We walk alongside you as you begin to implement the plans we have developed together. We provide encouragement, accountability, and shadowing.
Consistent input, problem solving, and accountability during the beginning stages of these launched strategies .
Simplifying processes as you execute selected strategies.
Increased confidence in your messaging, the ask, etc.
Our goal is to identify gaps or obstacles that need to be addressed as you navigate your way forward.
After four months with your coach, you will be equipped with tools and empowered with confidence to advance your fundraising efforts.
This is our opportunity to look intentionally at the work down in the last three months to evaluate the successes and challenges. Additionally, we will look ahead to discern if there are any extra tips and resources that you need from your coach to ensure sustainability.

Emily Fitchpatrick is the Founder and CEO of Flagship Equip. Emily has coached 300+ ministry leaders around the globe in the past five years. She also founded a nonprofit serving sex trafficked teen girls in 2007. Taylor Johnson is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and leads The Anchor Program. Taylor is a career development professional with a passion for educating, empowering and equipping ministry leaders. Financial & Time Investment
Time allotted with Coach: During this relationship, we will meet almost every week and you will have regular, meaningful access to your coach.
Please plan for up to 10 hours each month outside of coaching time for additional exercises, planning and execution.
Cost: Annual Operating Budget under $1 million $599 per month. Annual Operating Budget over $1 million $799 per month (often more complexity). We offer a savings of $100 to pay in full.
