CURRENT

Month 1

Our goal is to identify your current fundraising reality.

 

Together, we will seek to review solicitation response rates; fundraising cost effectiveness; donor retention; donor attrition; donor upgrade rates; average gift size; and solicitor performance. It's like when you take your car to the mechanic and the first thing they do is look under the hood. 

Outcomes

  • A written current conditions assessment to present to your board and team identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

  • A better understanding of what types of data you should be tracking regularly to increase revenue

  • A suggested roadmap for the way forward and a personal leadership growth plan

ROUTE

Month 2

Our goal is to help you discern the best route to build the most effective, efficient and sustainable fundraising plan for your unique ministry. 

 

Together, we will review a variety of proven strategies and best practices. We will help you create SMART Goals for each strategy determined to bring the most fruit. In addition, we will review your messaging and marketing communications and make suggestions to bring increased clarity and purposeful donor relationships.

Outcomes

  • A written funding plan with SMART goals

  • A written messaging and communications strategy to create a compelling case for support​​

  • A plan to reactivate lapsed supporters

  • A plan to develop a monthly giving program that inspires action and builds recurring revenue

  • A plan to upgrade supporters

  • Recommendations to build and sustain a major gifts program (and where to find them)

  • Overcome obstacles you've been facing (including those exacerbated by the pandemic)

  • Guidance on ways to leverage technology to fundraise in our current virtual landscape

LAUNCH

Month 3

Our goal is to help you start to launch the various strategies.

 

We walk alongside you as you began to implement the plans we've developed together. We provide encouragement, accountability and shadowing. 

Outcomes

  • Weekly review sessions

  • Excitement around new ideas

  • A process to make appointments with prospective supporters 

  • ​Confidence in making the ask (we'll even help you make a few asks to boost confidence)

  • ​Relief knowing your coaches are by your side

  • Accountability to follow plans

NAVIGATE

Month 4

Our goal is to identify gaps or obstacles that need to be addressed as you navigate your way forward.

 

After four months with your coach, you will be equipped with tools and empowered with confidence to advance your fundraising efforts.  

 

You will have continued access to our blogs and resource library. Maintaining a relationship is important to us. We can discuss what continued engagement would look like after our contract concludes.

Outcomes

  • Weekly review sessions

  • Encouragement to view fundraising as a ministry within itself

  • A fundraising scorecard to track your success

  • Recommendations to expand your circle of ambassadors and ignite your board

  • A strong finish to 2020 (despite these challenging times)

  • A changed trajectory for 2021! 

Your Coaches

Emily Fitchpatrick is the Founder and CEO of Flagship Equip. Taylor Johnson is the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Click for bios.

Taylor and Emily will work closely with your organization and cohesively together. Taylor will be walking alongside you for the majority of your time in the coaching program.

Financial & Time Investment

 

Time allotted with Coach: 4 hours per month

Please plan for 3-5 hours each month outside of coaching time for additional assignments, material review and action items (aka homework).

The cost is $599 per month. Save $100 by paying in full.
