Anchor Program
The Anchor provides a 6-week personalized coaching program. Our process will simplify fundraising so you can advocate for your ministry and deepen donor and prospective donor relationships like never before.
Deliverables & Learning Objectives
Tailored to your needs, deliverables and learning objectives may include redefining foundational
pillars (mission, vision, values), understanding the ministry of fundraising, attracting unique donors,
transforming fundraising into a transformative experience, developing a Case for Support,
establishing a SMART Goals-based Fundraising Plan, Grants readiness, Capital Campaign readiness,
gaining confidence in "The Ask," reactivating lapsed supporters, engaging new supporters, nurturing
existing supporters, building and sustaining a major gifts program, creating a messaging strategy,
essential data tracking for revenue increase, and overcoming obstacles.
Commitment
Time Commitment: Six coaching sessions, 60 minutes each. Please plan for 1-3 hours each week outside of sessions to complete exercises and review various resources.
Cost: $3,000 per organization (multiple leaders from one organization can participate in the sessions)
Scholarship assistance may be available for ministries with a budget under $500,000.
All participants receive access to Flagship Fundraising Academy at no additional cost.
