Grant Writing Services

Flagship determines pricing based on an organization’s grant readiness, operational capacity, program clarity, and funding goals—not by the hour or per application. Our pricing is designed to remain consistent with responsible fundraising practices and sustainable use of an organization’s resources.

We begin every engagement with a consultation and readiness review to ensure alignment before moving forward, with the goal of recommending the right level of support—not a one-size-fits-all solution.

• Grant research and opportunity identification

• Strategic grant planning and funder prioritization

• Letters of Inquiry (LOIs)

• Full grant proposal writing and online applications

• State or federal grant submissions (when appropriate)

• Funder follow-up and submission coordination

• Ongoing strategic counsel and grant coaching

 

Grant reporting and post-award compliance are not included.

Annual Contracts

Grants operate on annual and semi-annual cycles, not short timelines. A 12-month engagement allows us to plan, prioritize, and pursue opportunities in a thoughtful sequence—rather than rushing submissions or chasing deadlines without strategy. This timeframe also allows us to work within your organization’s capacity, adapt strategy as opportunities emerge, and follow up with funders to support relationship-building over time.

Grant Readiness Coaching

For organizations that are not yet ready to pursue grants competitively, Flagship offers a Grant Readiness Coaching course designed to strengthen the foundations and position you as a fundable organization. This guided experience helps organizations clarify programs, organize financial and governance documents, strengthen messaging and outcomes, and build internal systems for grant compliance.
