Our Team
Emily Fitchpatrick, Founder & CEO
Emily spent a decade as Founder and Executive Director of an anti-trafficking organization serving sexually exploited teen girls in North Carolina through residential care and a social entrepreneurship program. She grew the residential program from a start up to a nationally accredited and licensed care home with an onsite school and a staff of fourteen. The program expanded by launching a sister organization in San Pedro, Belize. Emily’s work in the fight against human trafficking has been featured in Christianity Today magazine, CBN’s 700 Club, and other media outlets. She has presented to members of Congress in Washington D.C., and received numerous awards including a community leadership award from former FBI Director Robert Mueller. Emily graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management in 1999. Prior to her anti-trafficking work, she spent six years in event management with Hilton, Marriott and the Billy Graham Training Center, The Cove. In 2015, Emily became a Certified Faith-Based Nonprofit Coach with Ministry Ventures and is currently pursuing her certification as a Philanthropic Advisor from The American College of Financial Services.
Emily uses her 18+ years of ministry experience to provide coaching and consulting to faith-based nonprofit organizations. Her personal mission is rooted in Proverbs 11:25 - The generous will prosper, those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.
