A Year of Impact, Refinement, and Stewardship at Flagship

As we close the chapter on 2025, we’re taking time to reflect—not just on what was accomplished, but on how Flagship has continued to grow into the work we are called to do.

This year was marked by significant milestones, thoughtful refinement, and deepened partnerships. We’re grateful for every organization, foundation, and leader who trusted us to walk alongside them in this season.

Here's What We're Celebrating

Over $1.7 Million in Grant Funding Secured

Together with our clients, we celebrated over $1.7 million in grant funding awarded—resources that will directly fuel programs, staff, infrastructure, and long-term sustainability.

These wins reflected disciplined research, program clarity, financial transparency, and alignment between mission and funder priorities. Our approach remains focused on helping faith based organizations pursue funding that fits.

Grant Readiness Coaching Cohort

This year, we had the opportunity to develop and lead a 5-week Grant Readiness Coaching Cohort, walking nonprofit leaders through the behind-the-scenes work that strengthens funding efforts. The cohort emphasized clarity, alignment, and readiness—helping participants build logic models and draft LOIs while gaining confidence in their grant strategy.

Major Gift Strategy Fueling International Growth

We also had the privilege of assisting an international nonprofit with major gift fundraising strategy and execution, supporting leadership in refining donor segmentation, clarifying giving pathways, and strengthening high-trust donor relationships. As a result of this focused and prayerful work among their development team, the organization experienced 134% growth over baseline years, positioning them for increased stability and expanded impact.

Expanding Into Philanthropic Advisory Services

This year marked the beginning of Flagship’s work in philanthropic advisory, supporting a small number of foundations in early-stage engagements. We assisted a faith-based foundation with grant vetting and awards, and supported another foundation with back-end administrative restructuring to strengthen grant screening and processing.

As this work continues to take shape, we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve faith-based funders seeking clarity, alignment, and stewardship in their giving.

What We Laid Down to Grow More Focused

Growth also requires pruning. This year, Flagship intentionally laid down content writing and marketing services in order to become more refined and focused in our core offerings. By narrowing our scope, we strengthened our ability to serve organizations deeply through grant readiness, grant strategy, fundraising advisory, and philanthropic guidance.

Growing Our Team

To support our expanding portfolio, Flagship onboarded two new contract grant writers and a dedicated researcher, strengthening both our capacity and our commitment to excellence.

This growth allows us to serve more organizations well while maintaining quality, integrity, and alignment with best practices across the funding landscape.
