Simply put... Ministry Model defines the unique calling and desired outcomes of the ministry.
Ministry Model addresses the following:
Why do you exist? (The vision, mission, and strategy of the ministry)
What programs will you implement to execute the mission?
How will you effectively measure program effectiveness and human impact?
Ministry Model gauges the effectiveness of your program execution. For the sake of your ministry staff, donors and, most importantly, those you aim to serve, Ministry Model defines and protects. It will help prevent the organization from moving in directions outside the scope of influence clearly defined in your vision and mission. It protects resources and energy being used outside defined parameters.

Crafting a Ministry Model is an exciting process! It’s the first practice we dive into in this personalized coaching engagement. We ask key questions to clarify important areas regarding your ministry or service:

What you will provide?
How do you plan to accomplish it?
We also look at the motivations and values God has placed on your heart to ensure they are integrated into the culture of the organization. Having a like-minded ministry expert or advisor to help guide this process is crucial.
